Whats truly amazing are the people that say , gee I really like your work, but could you tear that wall out, move the fireplace over 20ft and then pull a rabbit out of your butt while eating peanut butter standing on your head ?

And by the way, what was the balance I owe you ?

Because I know you arent going to charge me for the small adjustments are you ?
